You can make a world of change by showing up in life seminars, presentations and workshops and even do these more on social media.
Social media is the new gold and by all good means nurses need to change the negative mindset the public has about the profession, educate the public about their health and project the profession in a brand new positive light, thereby saving more lives.
This Academy seeks to uproot deep-seated problems in nursing and here are some of the nursing challenges that this academy seeks to resolve:
- The problem of some intelligent nurses being timid, shy and easily shut up by others.
- The problem of lack of confidence and courage to pursue great feats.
- The problem of a broken down self esteem which needs to be rebuilt.
- The challenge of some nurses downplaying their importance or relevance in the health sector.
- The challenge of not being able to express self confidently at seminars, open gatherings, presentations and even webinars (online)
- The challenge of health professionals using bad grammar, pronunciation and misspelling of common words while writing.

At The Stepped-up Nurse academy, we are concerned about a few problems disallowing many from achieving great feats and impacting more lives.
She is a registered Nurse-midwife and holds a Bachelor degree in Nursing Science. She is the founder of Nursing with Aby, a Youtube channel that educates on pregnancy.
She is a registered Nurse-midwife and holds a Bachelor degree in Nursing Science. She is the founder of The Budding Nurse Community, a platform for impacting and building up student nurses.
